How to Join - MS Word Templates

Ventla Container

Participants download the Ventla app from AppStore and Google Play.

Replace everything in RED.

We’re excited to have you join us! Please follow the steps below to access the event in the Ventla app:

Event Access Link: (or use the QR code provided)

Step 1: Get the App (In-Person) or Access via Desktop (Remote)

  • Mobile: Click the link (or scan the QR code) on your phone to download and install the Ventla app.

  • Desktop: Click the same link on your computer to open the event in your web browser.

  • Notifications: Allow push notifications on your phone so you don’t miss important updates.

Step 2: Verify Your Email (If Applicable)

  • Enter Your Email: Provide the same email address used to register for the event.

  • Check Your Inbox: Look for a 4-digit verification code from [email protected] (and check your spam folder).

  • Complete Verification: Enter the code in the app to finish verifying your email.

If You Installed the App Without Using the Link/QR Code

You may need:

  • App Access Code:

  • Event Code:

Troubleshooting

  • Try the Link Again: Tap the event link and follow the prompts.

  • Reinstall: If issues persist, delete the app and reinstall it using the event link.

  • Event Questions: Contact the event organizer directly.
