Not Receiving Push Notifications

The push notification feature is one of the key ways of directing attendees through the event. Sometimes, attendees will forget to "allow notifications" from the app when they download it to their phone. If this occurs and attendees are not receiving push notifications, there are a few ways to proceed:

Check Ventla App Settings

  1. Have the attendee open the Ventla app on their device

  2. Open the event

  3. Select the menu icon in the top left corner

  4. Swipe down to the Settings tab

  5. Enable the toggle for "Allow push notifications from this event"

Check Phone Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on the attendee's phone

  2. Swipe down to select Notifications

  3. From here you either will need to select the Ventla app or select "App notifications" to locate the Ventla app amongst their list of apps

  4. Enable the toggle for notifications
